the reservation process

Consultation

During the initial consultation we talk about the desired makeup and hair look, skin sensitivities, skin type, hair texture, total services and time window for the services.

Quote

The client will received a follow up email with a customized quote for the preview session and wedding day.

Reserving a preview session

A signed service agreement and payment is required to confirm an appointment. Once payment is received, the client will received a follow up email with a timeline and details on how to prep for the appointment. A preview session is strongly recommended when possible to gives a client the opportunity to wear the makeup and/or hair prior to the event and see if any adjustments need to be made. Our goal is to create the best version of our clients. www.pinterest.com is a great platform where clients can find inspiration and share it with us.Please allow 45m-1.5 hr per service. Times vary depending on the look. We are unable to service clients coming to the appointment with extremely oily hair because the hair will not accept the hair style and for sanitation reasons. Please keep in mind that a declined service is not refundable.

Follow up

We will follow up with the client to see if changes to the makeup and hair look need to be made.

Wedding day reservation

A payment in full or deposit is required to reserved the wedding day. The client will received a detailed timeline.

Confirming details

We will reach out to the client 2 weeks prior to the wedding day to see any changes to the reservation need to be made.

Wedding day

We encourage guests to bring reference images of what they have in mind for makeup and hair.

Destination Weddings

For most bookings, clients are asked to accommodate Artists at a hotel the night before the event for early morning services, this is so there are no delays due to closed roads, unexpected traffic or any unusual natural disaster that might occur if commuting on the day of the event. 

What are the expenses for destination weddings?

These expenses are per Artist. Transportation (by air or ground), hotel or Airbnb, meals and any expenses related to the reservation while commuting to and from the location such parking expenses, toll fees etc.
